According to CNNIC and MIIT requirements, .cn/.com/.net and other new gtlds' new registration needs to submit relevant real-name authentication in 5 days, or domain(s) will be in the status of “severhold”. Please finish the certificate process as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience brought to you.

Certification Steps:

1.    Login into west.xyz, choose the domain to purchase, and fill in real, accurate, and complete domain registration information. Then Pay the fee and register domain successfully.

2.    Login into domain management---Find the status of “pending upload info”---Click “pending upload info”.

Submission Contents:

①    For enterprise registration, please submit scanning copy of Organization Code Certificate (duplicate) or Business License (original or duplicate) and Identification Card (two-sided) of contact person.

Reminder: Please ensure that the registrant is identical with organization name on the paper.

②     For individual registration, please submit scanning copy of Identification Card (front).

FAQs

1.     Q: Whether different domains with the same registrant info need to submit info multiple times?

A: No, one time is OK. It also applies to domain ownership transfer and incoming transfer.

(Definition of “the same registrant info”: It means the name of registrant and email address are identical; Or enterprise name is identical.)

2.     Q: Whether registrant needs to submit info when register domains with approved .cn/.com/.net domain info?

A: No, once the registration info is identical, it will be regarded as success after registration or template creation.

3.     Q: Whether registrant can change the registrant name or email address of .com/.net domain directly?

A: No, it cannot be modified directly. Registrant needs to add new template, wait for audit and conduct template transfer.

4.     Q: Register .com/.net domains in bulk with the same info, whether registrant needs to submit info for each domain?

A: No, submit info for one is OK. Other domains will be updated synchronously.

5.     Q: As for incoming .com/.net transfer, whether registrant needs to submit info?

A: If the domain already passes the real-name authentication, there is no need to submit again. If not, west.xyz will transfer the domain under our temporary template, and registrant needs to create template, wait for audit and conduct template transfer.
